Confused for days... how to put the mssql database on jodohost server?

All I want is to put IBuySpy database on the jodohost server but I have been struggling for days with no luck… I submitted lots of trouble tickets… I did get answers but I just got answers here and there… my problem stays the same…

I wonder if I have one person helping me all the time or I got answers from all different persons… The the response are not to the point very well…

And your documentation is very confusing too! At least to me.

From what I understand from Stephen, you need to do the following:

[ol][li]Create a MS SQL database
[/li][li]Create a username for that database
[/li][li]Submit a ticket to have that username been given dbo access rights on the database[/ol]
[/li]
I don’t have any experience with IBuySpy myself though, that’s just how I understood it.
