Connect to server w/Visual Studio 2005

Hi, does or has anyone connected to their server with Visual Studio 2005? I managed to complete a connection with Dreamweaver and EM but cant complete with VS 2005. Thanks

DO you have FP extensions enabled? They need to be for VS2005 to connect.

However, I prefer using it local and FTPing :slight_smile:

What are the “FP extensions”?

And How do I check if they are enabled?

FP Extensions = FrontPage extensions

In the “web options” section of your control panel you will see an on and off button next to the frontpage extensions, with will allow you to turn it on/off.

Ok thanks, I didnt know you needed Front Page Ext’s for VS.Net 2k5. I will try it and post back
