Control panel and sites unreachable

I can’t reach control panel and my sites from my network, so I can’t post a ticket. Last reachable host is:

Hello,
It looks like there was a temporary routing issue in london from that trace, I did not see any other reports of it or get a wakeup call because of network packets being dropped reports by customers, so it was quite isolated.
