Guys, I haven’t been able to log into my reseller account from the control panel today. I’ve double checked my login and password without any luck. And when I click on “Forgot Password” it sayd it is not able to find my User Name.
Any suggestions?
if this is your reseller account, the admin user does not exist since the upgrade, you need to use your mail reseller login from https://cp.m****here.biz

I think you meant MAIN login, not mail login.
Also, https doesn’t work…gotta use http…z
Tonight I got a weird error. Trying to access CP (with correct URL) took a very long time. I eventually got a message “Control Panel is not responding. It could mean that HSphere is down or not available.” (approximate wording).
I jumped over to forums to check for any open issues, but when I went back the the CP tab, it was now at my login screen and everything worked.
Just FYI.
This was about 9pm Pacific time.
