As a new customer I am losing my hair dealing with the Hsphere control panel. It is terribly slow and at times tottaly unusable.
I have dealt with your online chat support and they are helpful, but this does not negate the problem of an unusable control panel. 9-12-06 it was tottaly down and I had to wait 4 hours to have it repaired. After that it was slow but useable. Today 9-13-06 it is once again tottaly down.
I saw this exact same problem on my last reseller company using Hsphere. I think this program is causing a horrific load on your CPU and causing way to much grief for your customers. I would suggest testing a new control panel or somehow moving it to another server or adding more memory. ANYTHING to improve the response times of control panel.

Stampee, we are working on this issue. Already a couple of threads regarding it.
iOn 9-12 we did some optimisation to attempt to make the CP faster, hence the downtime. There are still however patches of slowness which we are working to resolve.
I guess you still need to work on it, because it is still slow

We’ve tried isolating problem cron jobs. We plan to do some psoft suggested maintenance this weekend. We also plan to add additional throttle to this server if that doesn’t solve the issue
