I thought I read somewhere about changing the control panel username. Can this be done? One of my newest customers wanted to have essentially two “admin” accounts which isn’t possible, so she wants to change the main username for the domain now.

Sorry, not possible. If it is really essential she can have her data moved over to a new account created with the username she wants.
Do I have to delete the existing account first, and then create the new account since the domains are the same?
Yes. Or just delete the domain from one and add in another?
