Control Panels are down..

All Control Panels are down, just happen, getting Internal Server Errors.

Thanks.

Please contact LiveChat.

Wow, I was on livechat this whole time using the CP much of the time and had no such errors.

Sorry, I should of waited. They all came back online after about 20seconds. They all were showing INternal Server errors including the main one for you guys.

Must have been a few seconds while I was jabbing with customers…

LOL, yep… or slacking off again HA HA HA…

I try to post in customer only section as things happen, and you guys don’t need any negetive feedback, if it’s a minor issue.

Control panels are down. I had a vistor on my site and I think they went to the live demo as they asked me how to get there. I know panels are down casue im trying to get in my admin panel. I thought the backups were done later now. Live chat said backup is being done, its only 1200am here.

This last 2 days has been terrible for me and all my business sites down off and on.

Having this same issue; IMO this is way too early to be doing backups, at least for me in the Eastern timezone.

You’d be affecting all of your North American customers at a very bad time - Eastern time: 1:30AM; Central time: 12:30AM; Western time: 10:30PM

Please reconsider the times involved if you are in fact doing backups.

miR, backups are running, a full DB cleanup and backup is taken once a week, other backups are taken daily, but a major database cleaning(called vacuum in postgres), is done weekly. This has to be done, there is no way around it.

I just logged in, its slow, but working…

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for the response. I’m not denying backups should be done (obviously they should! ) - I’m just saying that this is a bad time for anybody in North America to have things down.

If at all possible, you should consider moving it a few hours later.

Thanks,

Ryan
