All Control Panels are down on this end??
According to live chat they are doing a full backup… should be back to normal in 45 minutes. They say this happens every Saturday night.

Backups are done every day. But once in a week, we do a vaccum+backup routine
The time must of been pushed backed, usually this happens around 200am, I thought the times were going to be pushed up some not back, its now only 930-1000 pm here, thats way to early for a Sat. Night. I have already gotten one call already from a client.
The pervious times were to early, now this is way to early.
Well theres my second complaint from a client. From Arizona which there time is 930pm.
OK, I look into pushing this ahead by 2 hours.
It has started earlier today yes. I’ll have the times published.

I think you need a set time every week. I dont see the effect here in the UK, but it should happen at a set time every week, then all clients can be informed and everythings cushy.

They actually had a set time, and was going to move it ahead some, but the time got moved behind some. Which made the times worst then last week. It was only 930Pm here, which is to early for a Saturday.
I think they should adjust the time to early in the morning est. time on Sunday 400-600am, as a test and see if it affects the UK and other countries. I think those times would work for everyone, as the time is only being move up appox. 2hours then it orginally as been the past couple of months.
It seemed the complaints when it was done around 200am was in the U.S. So I don’t think moving ahead 2 hours will hurt anything.
Just my advice, I could be wrong.

well when a definate time is set. Can jodo kindly inform all customers by putting on your website or something for reference. Then resellers are then able to do the same.

Hmmm…2AM US Eastern time Saturday = 5PM Chamorro Standard time (Our local Marianas time zone). Seems to me that 10PM is nothing to complain about. Kudos to Yash for his flexibility; methinks I’ll spend Saturday Afternoons on the beach 8)
What are the these times for this morning for the H-SPhere Vacumm Maintenance, and if they have been adjusted?
Last week it was 900Pm our time, and this was way to early. We need to get this worked out for everyone, this is a problem every weekend. I had complaints from clients last week.
Don’t know why the times can’t be pushed up to around 4:00am Est. time I think this will fit everyone needs. If you get complaints somewhere else around the globe then you can adjust again.
When this was done normally around 2:00-3:00am the only complaints you got was inside the U.S. I don’t think pushing it by 1-2 hours and starting this at 4:00am-5:00am as a test, will be fine and eveyone will be happy.
Thanks for last Saturday with the Vacumm Maintenance. Not sure what you guys did, but things were alot better. Control Panels went down but in spruts and not for long period of times like it usually does.
If you can keep the vacumm process like that that would be great. We all know this has to be done, and hope we can work this out, so everyone is happy.
