I have been answering tickets like a madman using cluster1 cp mostly during entire time been working like a champ 
Sometimes I wonder about comcast, going to swtich to our DSL connection to see if any better, not sure who my client ISP was using on her account.
I won’t get into my comcast stories 
I had them go down so much on cable AND internet i just got used to it and got bellsouth(down in Miami)
In fact its so bad that at my place in Miami they did not come repair the cable after 2 months and I just canceled it.
Not to mention the cable that was supposedly up to 10mb/s was consistently slower than the 6mb/s DSL when it did work, sometimes less than 1mb/s
YEs, terrible, I had to move address locations from where I was at was down 70% of the time. Now its gets very slow I have backup DSL and sometimes its much better. Time Warner when was cable provider was great not sure what COmcast has done when they took over but its awful.
The truth is that CP on cluster 1 is extremely slow at this time of day - no mather that jodohost deny this fact- today I lost a big client because he complains waiting 7-8 minutes after every menu click.
