whats wrong with the control panels now they are down??
Guys your making things real hard running business, my live chat is slow for over a month now and keeps going down, you guys have been working on it and say its going to be fixed.
Control panels are now down and have been slow all week. I just had a customer called me at 330am about the control panels down.
Control panel was not down. You were also on the live chat for this. We are continuously monitoring it.
Will sure funny a client calls at 330am to complain and when i go I also see the control panel downa also.

What do yu mean by ‘down’ exactly?
The control panels are up and working used by our staff continually each day.
They are down, i really wish isntead of telling me control panels are not down continually when they are, you guys check first.
Im even talking to Geeny in billing and shes having problems. Do you guys check it our just assumed and say contorl panel are working like your guys do on servers when they are down sometimes and dont believe the situation.
Very frustrationg whenn y0u dont bvelive your clients. I dont come and complain unless i know for sure there is a problem. X( X(
Maybe it was billing cycle, billing says, but still this is 2 days in a roll they have gone completely down and billing is usually done by this time of the day.

Billing isn’t ‘usually done’ it runs almost continually.
However I was on the control panel (myhpshere) when I replied last and it was working properly.
When there is biling running the control panel never goes ‘down’ it may get a little slow for 30-45 second when it his processing for an account with high utilization needed in processing, then it continues on. It doesn’t quit working, it may just stall for a short time while loading, but at the time I replied I had no such issue
It was yes. and so is win14 for over 30min. this is not a good morning…

I’m doing some extra logging today that may have slight overhead on control panel functions. We will be doing the maintenance this weekend that should take care of the immediate issues.

Been using it all day, used it from 9pm yesterday till 6am this morning and it was a bit slow between 5-6am, but its good now and not slow at all, and not even close to down.
been using it extensively during tickets in the last 4 hours too.
