TYPE OF WORK: Upgrade technical capacity of hardware
PURPOSE OF WORK: Improve performance and control
IMPACT OF WORK: Connectivity loss during the maintenance window.

We in association with our fiber uplink provider will be upgrading the capability of the core fiber within our network. This change is being made to allow for better control and performance as our growth continues.We expect a 20 minute period of outage during this window of time from 12AM until 2AM EST.

This period is starting in 45 minutes from now.

Maintenance is in full swing I am here at the DC supervising and managing should there by any complications

We are partially up and partially down, working on a few VLAN issues with them now.

Maintenance done, we have done a quick check but verifying 100% now.

No updates since the last, all is up and going stong. Maintenance closed.

we are seeing some minor traffic dropoffs at random times since the maintenance window started, and ended. We have reported these and are working to resolve them, there may be 10-15 seconds of problems for the next short while.

Network has been stable for past an hour, while we continue to monitor it.

Problem seems to have resurfaced. We are looking into it.
