Yesterday there was an issue due to an account FTP password brute forced/stolen etc, and it had uploaded a mail relay script and was spamming, it filled the queue and the HD (making the out of space error), the other matter is being checked now.
the spammer was stopped BTW.
live chat is not showing anyone waiting for this long in the last hours there are many operators answering as well
