CP and Mail down

CP is down.
Mail via IMAP with Outlook Express says:

Configuration: Protocol: IMAP Port: 143 Secure(SSL): 0 Code: 800ccc0e

Mail via IMAP with OE says:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: xxxx, Server: xxxx, Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Mail via Horde says:

Login failed for some reason. Most likely your username or password was entered incorrectly.

Any ideas what is going on?

yep, noticed the same thing here…

There is a kernel issue on this server which is causing it to hang occasionally. We are looking into this and would be correcting it

Yes, the CP/Mail server was down for ~ 15min
