CP down and Help Desk not responding

My CP is down and the Jodo Reseller Help Desk is not responding. (so can’t raise a ticket)

Later…Helpdesk now OK again so have sent in ticket

Ticket has been already replied, this issue is related with DNS propagation and
once it will complete , CP URL will start to respond.

We checked URL anonymously and in many part it start resolving.
