CP not working

Hi,

Since your outage on the CP the other day our CP no longer works, it only works if we restore to the default xxxx.res.gohsphere.com. Our cp hostname resolves to 173.0.137.47 but just doesn’t work.

Nothing has changed our end, the only thing I can relate it to is the outage on Friday…

Please can you look into this

Can you send a ticket in with the info to your reseller name? We didn’t change anything with this info at all so this is quite odd.

I raised a ticket last night and this has now been resolved - they needed to re-bind the IP on the CP and it kicked back in??
