I had all of my settings for email notifications set to send CC, but for some reason a lot of them got changed to not send out the CC. Any ideas what might have caused this change? Was it possibly related to the CP migration a few weeks ago?

It would not have changed with migration, but I HAVE heard of it happening when patches are done, and we did some emergency patching recently due to a security flaw that was really big, in hsphere.
