How do I renew that certificate? Can I simply go to E.Mananger/CP SSL manager/Edit and upload last years certifcate file under “Install Certificate based on previously generated Certificate request”? Or do I have to go through the process again to make another certificate request?
No I appologise, this is an issue from our end, we need to renew the certificate.
I have been trying to do so for the last few days, but the certificate authority never sends the confirmation email. This issue has been fixed and we should receive a new wildcard certificate in a few hours, which we’d promptly install

if you have your existing CSR, generate a new certificate with your certificate authority and install it like you mentioned. If you have lost your CSR, you’d need to generate a new one.
