Tanmaya will need to work on this, as there were some security measures put in place that are causing this, it is likely isolated to just a few accounts with certain naming patterns.
My original ticket referred me to live help, Sanjay at live help had me open a new ticket for this #UFZ-80615-795. Same problem. Hmmm.
