[size=1]How i can create a SQL Database ?? When i try to create a new SQL Login, it?s appear a message that says:[/size][size=1]“[/size][size=1]Failed to add new resource. [font=Verdana]There is not enough money on your account balance. Please send a check or verify the validity of your credit card.[/font]” Why it?s appearing this message if my account it?s in a WindowPro Plan ??[/size]

Yep right. Click on teh “User CP” button at the top of the page, then choose Profile and scroll down. Then enter in the text box “Hosting Username” your username used for HSPHERE

Hi smatanza

I looked into your account and I’m afraid it is one of about 20 odd accounts with us that has a unique problem. It won’t recognize our new SQL Server. There are two things that can be done:

  1. We recreate your hosting account (you’d lose all your data)
  2. You wait for the server shift that should take place in some days from now. The problem would be solved in that
