how does one create a db using the mssql enterprise manager 2000? i keep getting denied. am i using the wrong login?
You have to create a DB from the control panel, then manage it from the Enterprise Maanger 
okie. so how do i change the database owner?
You will need to send a ticket to us, and we change you to DBO, then you will have Full EM access.
