if we have a Windows hosting plan, when will we be able to create our own FTP account without going through tech support?

is this something on the next CP version? ?(

although, tech support very responsive but it’s not as convenient as doing it ourselves.

I think PSoft plans on adding this feature to the next version (2.4) but I am not 100% sure on this. You could check their site http://www.psoft.net
