Is there any reason why I can’t add error document 403.14 to a domain? The list goes from 403.1 to 403.20 but skips 403.14.
403.14 is really important as it traps “Directory Listing Denied”, which kind of goes hand in hand with 404 errors. When someone tries to access a document that’s not found, 404 is triggered. When someone accesses a folder without any default document in it, 403.14 is triggered.
Can 403.14 be added to the list please? In both Cluster 1 and 2.

Dont think that is something that is customizable on our part 
I did it for you manually however.
hm, it’s strange as in a previous version of HSphere I could set “403” which captured the entire range of subcodes. I wonder if it’s an accidental omission? I’ll go bug PSoft about it and see what they say..

Parallels can’t be worse than PSoft surely?
I wouldn’t put money on that. They haven’t been too good about much of anything and since the renamed from SWSoft to parallels I have seen a decline at every level from the time before with support, sales people, etc.
