Would you care to explain how to set up custom error pages. I have tried in my account but unable to see that page when I point to a file that is not present on my website.

Thank you for PMing me your username. I logged into your account and found out that you entered in a wrong path. By relative path, you are suppose to enter a relative path to your root like this:
domain.com/404.htm
I corrected it and your 404s are displaying fine now
