I assume that in that case they have to have a dedicated IP address?

Do I need to do anything else on my side?

They don’t even need a dedicated IP, simply duplicate the hsphere DNS records on the other server.

So basically just the IP of Win27?

Yes you need an A record for blank, and www, and also MX records and A records for mail.

Not knowing what IP that was I gave them the ns1 & ns2 @jodohost.com

probably not if newly added it will be on ns3/4.jodoshared.com

Easiest way is to use the control panel, click the domain, and it will give a summary of the DNS servers to assign there.
