Our customer’s website is still not working, I have checked the servers and they are fine. His alias are sort of working. Could someone look at it to let me know what is going wrong? The website worked 2 days ago and hasn’t since.

What do you get if you go to ping the site (start, run, cmd, ping domain.com)
I can access that site from my location as well
