is it possible in HS to setup a standard customized suspended page for all the accounts under my reseller acc.?

Unfortunately, no.

i thnk its little things like this that would make hsphere alot better

ie

customised suspend pages,
default start page (when website created)

its a shame they didnt think of this :frowning:
