We have slow access to some of our subnets, otherwise no problems.
You shouldn’t be seeing a problem, as far as I know.
We obviously have business class connections at the offices, one thing I have noticed in previous cuts is that homes may have very very very slow net or even down, but the ISPs tend to keep the businesses online and going as best possible.
