I have been getting errors on my website due to transaction log file being full. Everytime a ticket was sent, it came back fine but whenever I tried updating content or adding columns to my DB, the errors come back.
I have requested for Simple recovery style and auto shrink and the errors keep coming back.
Can the transaction log size be increase or something.
Please help urgent, I am running out of excuses for my customers.

Thanks yogesh it was working again but I did made some changes to my DB table again with Enterprise Manager and saved. Got the same error again.
Is it due to the size of the transaction log? If so, could you kindly increase it as I still have a lot of modifications to do.

size of log file has been increased which will resolve your issue, ticket also replied

If you are a heavy database user, increase the size of your logs from the control panel. That would prevent the issue and we don’t charge extra for database space (since it comes under your web space)
Just as an extra note here, you can also ask that the recovery mode be set to simple which produces less logs, and is typically better for web sites.
