About 15 hours ago, I submitted a support ticket due to a lack of dedicated IP addresses. I received a reply about 30 minutes later from Nidhi stating " We are working on this, and will update you soon when this will be done." I posted an update to the ticket about 4 hours ago, but there’s as of yet been no response.
I have a client whose site is inoperable due to lack of SSL and would like to be able to give them a timeframe as to when their site would be up again.

We are waiting on the IPs to be routed now, that can take anywhere from 24-72 hours, please come to live chat and I will do my best to steal an ip from another server for you.
Stephen fixed me right up on this. The live chat support here is tops!
There is a /22 block that has been promised to me in a week. (That is about 1024 IPs). That will take care of our IP shortage for a good amount of time.
