Delay in Recieving Emails in Outlook 2003

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2003 and the mails sent to me are recieved are delayed like it would take atleast 2mins extra to recieve mails. I know the delay time is very less but it is annoying.

I am using Exchange account to check emails.

Updates/Patches for Outlook 2003 didn’t help me. Can some one send me troubleshooting steps to solve this issue ?

Did you ever fiqure out what was causing this I am having the same problem.

After talking with the live chat they told me that this probably is due to mail1 problem ( http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?t=8480 )

I only regret that jodohost did not take actions to provide an non interrupt service.

The support replyed me today saying it was solved, Istill get the same server busy and connection time outs (althow not as often as yesterday), and now i keep receiving the same mail over and over again

Do you still see timeouts or server busy errors since your last post?

The mail service seens to be working without problems, but I recevied one server busy today, about 30 min ago

Thanks for letting us know. I’m not aware of anything major there, but it is still under a close eye.

I’m having the same problem again, and also the server ip is blacklisted

please solve this promply, I really need the mail system working at 100% for me is worse than having the site down
