How can I make sure that a clients new website will be on a different server than his existing web site?

If it is windows, and over 1.2~ months old account, it will be on win21, a different server. If it is newer not very likely. If it is CF it will be on WinCF2.
Even if they add another domain under an existing account number?
No it would need to be a new account, adding a new domain will go to the server they are already on.
