Did JodoHost do a complete reboot, all sites seem to have slowed down and going offline in spurts, including the Forum.

I havent noticed any issues myself. Did you take a traceroute when this happened? It could likely be a network routing issue. No restart or anything of the sort from our side
Actually it was during the Sunday backups Live Chat told me, so things slowed down. All my sites/hsphere was slow including Forum and your JodoHost website as well.
Do you guys do a extra boost backup on Sundays??
If you do I will note on my account maintaince is done on Sundays in case it effects anyone in the future.

Control panel alone goes through a maintenance + backup phase on Sunday, which can significantly slow down things for 15-20 mins.
What time Flordia time does this happen so I may note my my website for my clients.

This is manually done anytime between 12:00AM - 2:00 AM EST
The web servers never slow down together during backup and the slow down on them is never really noticeable. However yes it is noticeable on the CP server.
I am quite sure this has nothing to do with backups. A traceroute if this happens again would be nice
