As the title says.. is there a way to give a user direct access to Site Builder without going through the CP?

And.. if so.. how do you login? After I launch it from CP, and then logout.. I can’t log back in.

No, sitebuilder can only be accessed thorugh control panel as it uses control panel for authentication. So direct access is not possible.
