Disabled plans are still selectable from cp?

Over time i have created a couple of “special” plans that have the exact same resources(copies) as more expensive plans but at a cheaper price as a way of offering “certain clients” a discount.

Naturally after the client were given the signup link to the discounted plan I turned the “signup access” → Off.

All good until just now while checking on some clients cp and noticed they had discovered the cheaper plan in the dropdown list of alternate plans and switched to the discounted plan via the cp.

so now this particular customer is getting an unautorized discount…
my Question…if a plans Signup Access is “Disabled” why does it still show as a selectable plan in clents cp…And how can i remove it from the plans dropdown list??

Plan groups, we use this to our advantage most of the time, it is signup that is disabled, not all access.

So how can i remove the access to it from those that are on other plans?

in your cp go to plan groups, and remove it from the plan grouping then they won’t be able to see them.

and if i switch the authorized discount client to the full price plan so i can remove the discounted plan so it no longer available to non-authorized clients…how can i still offer the discount…can promo code be extended to client after client has already signed up?

Ok thanx…just did that but it now means authorized clients on the discounted plan cannot upgrade their plan because they are in a different group(ungrouped)

Ok, i’ve got 2 discounted plans and grouped them together…good enough.
Thank you for your help
Merry Christmas
