Just a quick question about Disk Usage Report. I have deleted a client who was taking up nearly 2GB of disk space … however they are still showing on the disk usage report … does this remove after a certain amount of time?
It will have a daily impact until the billing cycle ends with a weighted average, the longer it is deleted during the billing period the smaller it is.
Its a bit like a high usge account or a DOS attack on (OUR) bandwidth billing, the longer it is using sustained high amounts (for minutes, hours, etc) the more it impacts the average in the end.
