I was just on live chat inquiring about the network outage going on at the moment. I had checked the forums using the link from jodopulse.com, but posting and my live chat request apparently crossed eachother…
Anyway, the support rep sent me a link to support.jodohost.com, to the newly posted forum thread. Unfortunately that link doesn’t work if there’s no nameserver to resolve the hostname. So I was thinking it might be a good idea to set up an off-site nameserver for the jodohost.com domain itself?
True and will make it a priority,
we are on schedule to have fiberlight link up on 20th according to cht with them yesterday, but wow what a bad week!
I am on vacation with family driving down road at 70mph and having to deal with this at the same time.
All up now. I am going to be speaking to the director of engineering either tonight or in the morning when he calls me, this type of continual outage is unacceptable from them, and then we pass that along to you and are very sorry for these issues.
As said before we are working to get an alternate provider up as well but it takes a bit of time to do this when running a large fiber ring.
