DNS problem on one domain

Hello we are having some problems on one of our domains we are trying to open on our server. www.estudiolacubeta.com
Our dns are:
ns1.pymeactiva.com → 204.14.104.114
ns2.pymeactiva.com → 204.14.105.84
Now when we add the domain estudiolacubeta.com we don’t know why it shows:
ns3.pymeactiva.com → 204.14.104.150
ns4.pymeactiva.com → 204.10.105.200

On all out other domain names they are perfect showing ns1 and ns2 but we don’t know why on this particular domain the dns are showing a different one.. we tried changing them like you suggested on out last post but it did not work out..

Please can you tell us what to do?? out client is going crazy with us, and we are affraid to loose them as a client!

Because ns1 and ns2 seems to be full, JH has enabled 2 new ns (3 and 4).
New domain are allocated to ns3 and ns4, and you need to point your domains to this ns like is inidicated in your CP

Yes the nameservers are assigned automatically. Make sure you have the other 2 registered at your registrar.

I went to godaddy.com to change the dns to ns3 and ns4 but for some reason godaddy.com gives me an error message:

Field Validation Error

Please correct the following issue(s):

Unavailable error in field Host name1
Unavailable error in field Host name2

The only think I did was to change the dns to:
Name Server 1:ns3.pymeactiva.com
Name Server 2:ns4.pymeactiva.com

Do you have any ideas of what may be the problem?? I thank you very much for you help.

you need to go where pymeactiva.com is registered and create host ns3 and ns4 first.
