DNS Resolving Issue

Hi,

http://www.BodyMod.org is resolving to http:///?%20bodymod.org

Any ideas?

. psyance .

I’m not sure what you mean, your hostname is resolving correctly and the website is working fine on both addresses.

http://www.dnsstuff.com/ :

bodymod.org points to 64.156.223.167
www.bodymod.org points to 64.156.223.167

however, http://bodymod.org is ok and www.bodymod.org is not

I double checked using http://worldlingo.com/wl/translate

Both are (still) working fine here, and worldlingo can translate the site www.bodymod.org just fine as well so it seems to be able to access it (had a good laugh seeing the Dutch translation)

As I explained the problem to you, the IP for your primary name server was delocated by our datacenter.. that IP is no longer going to our name server. And to make problems worse, you are using a 3rd party DNS provider as your second name server

The solution to this is that you delete your primary name server from E.Manager > Server Aliases and recreate it. You’ll get a new IP and use this to update your name server with your registrar

Checked again using http://www.google.com/language_tools

www.bodymod.org presents problems

bodymod.org is ok

Note: It seems 2 different sites because bodymod.org requires download of an activex and www.bodymod.org not

Still nothing but working sites here, including using Google. Of course with problems such as Yash mentioned, it’s possible..

it’s bodymod.org
EDIT: And I already explained what was causing this. pysance needs to do what i said in order for his site to resolve correctly from all corners of the globe
