Win12 server keeps going down or the domain hosted on it.
I was told by support something like domain Pool hanged,
Its very frustrating as another client is now expressing
disappointment, I’ve already lost one because of this.
On top something went wrong with email server yesterday.
All issues piled up and a client just decided to pullout.
Now im struggling to keep another client by promising site move to another server, all my domains went down few days back but domains on win12 seems repeating the outage
Im really concerned, after so many years with jodohost , is it lowest point of jodohost’s history? as repeat issues seems being solved for temporary period,
Is the new jodohost homepage has something to do ?
I have a feeling this was scheduled maintenance that we performed, it was notice given maintenance time a bit before last weekend.
I don’t know the whole situation or the ticket that is yours, will try to gt an update.
New site design has nothing to do with it 8o
It sounds like there was an abuse matter(cpu) in the application pool you were in, not systemwide on win12. We always post notices of systemwide matters.
As far as email goes there hasn’t been any issue in some time, but some have reported a webmail slowless matter that is being watched.(webmail is NOT mail, not even same servers)
