This domain control panel from DIRECTI sucks period. Everyday its something I either can’t finish a purchase or if I do takes forever to register the domain and have to contact you to do it.

Now tonight again Taking forever to do a order etc.

I am going on over 30min to place a order for a client, i have to keep starting over as it keeps timing out. This is the 5th time now i have to start over when it times out theres no way to start where it times out at you have to start over the order and then wait hoping it dont time out.

[r2] Error Message: NAME.com - Query Timed Out

Someone need to contact DIRICTI and get this system fix or im leaving and using someoine else. i place enough orders that I can’t deal with this. The whole system is sluggish and awful slow everyday.

So frustrated, no wonder i get nothign done… X( X(

This issue is still terrible. COntrol panel for domians is awful…

I’ve seen all your posts towards Directi and it would seem easier to just get domains from GoDaddy or somewhere else and forget about Directi.

I’m thinking if you do this you will be less stressed/ALL CAPS on the forums. :rolleyes:

I have a huge list of clients that buy domains from me and its growing and i need a reseller account as i dont control my clients domains they own them i dont, DIrectI works for that, lately its slow takes forever to get stuff done…

Enom, and Godaddy also do such reseller programs.

Godaddy never i know several people using them and Godaddy will call you customers trying to get your clients.

Enom I don’t like!

I like directI if they can fix there control panel speed…

I have a GoDaddy reseller plan through Wild West Domains and I only use it for domains. I also put clients on it before I got my VPS. I haven’t had GoDaddy try to steal my clients. They do all the billing/support. All I do is set up the site and advertise it and “hopefully” watch the $$ come in.

Same here. Been using Wild West for a few years. No attempts to steal clients.

I suggest Use Reseller Club or sign in Srsplus with a 250 USD deposit

reseller club is the same directi backend that is down quite often :frowning:
