Domain problems & (Help page does not work)

http://www.jodohost.com/help.htm gives me a 404

I am trying to get a domain transfered to you guys.

The 1st time it did not go through. It does not look like it is going through again. Both times because the current register won’t approve it. (I made sure the domains contact info was up to date)

Is there anything you guys can do?

Domain registar server is not available. You can try little later.

From the email sent out on a domain transfer. I thought I got the same result from menu link on the domain management screen also.

The transfer failed again. This other register refuses to answer my queries.

My understanding is on the 12th you guys no longer have to get authorization from the losing register?
