How come when someone buys a domain it takes forever to complete the purchase sometimes, do you guys have funds in your account, this is the only reason I see that is causing this. Keeps saying will excute in 10min been 6 hours???
Doesnt make me look good people dont want to wait to get a domain active…
There are other reasons for it other than funds. I have even purchased a domain from godaddy about a week ago that took 12 hours to buy it, it was stuck ‘processing’ it for a simple .com purchase.
Why you using godaddy lol.. Man i hate them guys…
I have about 25 domains there, in fact maybe more 8o
While I can’t stand their pushy advertising, at least I know they’ll be there tomorrow (Look at how many “good” registrars have gone down the tubes in recent years.) Also, you can’t beat their rates, especially if you have hundreds of domains like I do.
When is billing in, these domain still hasent been purschased, someone needs to keep funds in jodos account i gurantee you this is the issue, it never takes this long to ressolve.

I’ll look into this - we add funds to the registrar account every now and then. Since its a financial transaction, only a few people can do it and hence sometimes this process may get delayed.
Also, many times a customer would come in and snap up 10 or 20 domains.. and if we have a few of those the funds get depleted alot faster than intended.
I’ll talk to Atul about this, and if its funds - we’ll have it resolved.
