I have a small issue with a domain we’re trying to transfer. It had expired and was in the redemption period. We renewed it for a large amount with the other registrar. That was about 2-3 weeks ago. We’re trying to transfer it to our Jodohost registrar account, but it keeps failing. The status when you do a whois on it is “ok”. Is there some other type of lock going on that you can’t transfer it for X days after renewed from redemption period? I have asked JH and they say it’s the other registrar. We asked the other registrar and they say it’s JH. But no one can tell us the exact reason it won’t transfer. We have all the contact info set to us so we’re getting the notification to transfer and approving it, but then it fails a few days after we approve it. Any ideas?
