Downtime

Can someone help. I’ve been using site24x7 to monitor some of our reseller sites and in the last 7 days one site has been down 52 hours (!) and others between 1 - 2 hours.

I’ve contacted livechat on a number of occassions and each time they’ve looked into it, recycled the pool and then the site goes back up.

Is there some kind of internal monitoring system? It shouldn’t be that I have to monitor the sites myself in order to make sure they’re online; can anyone tell me what is happening and why there is so much down time these days?

Has the problem been sorted (yesterday the sites were down between 5 minutes and half an hour each).

Thanks.

We have many internal monitors but don’t monitor on per domain level nor is it possible to do so, PM me the domain you are speaking of as I don’t know of any application pool issue, also you can be moved to another pool but changing asp.net versions will no longer work.

Site Down

I’m still getting problems with my sites. Today the site has been down 6 times so far for about 7 minutes each time:

Jul 30, 2008 July 30, 2008 2:22 PM EET 7 Mins 6 Secs

What’s happening here? It looks like some serious issue.
