DSPAM Question

I would like to ask for some clarification. I thought that DSPAM was a tagging program and that CP Anti-spam setting were used to deal with incoming spam based on score.

On my accounts I have it set to relaxed and to mark spam (not delete) but items being sent are being rejected outright. EG below.

Bump

Please create a ticket with copy of this bounce (along with headers).

I’ll have to see if I can track down the original message, but thanks

OK… this one was totally my fault… failed to see the effected user account was using custom anti-spam settings thus the bounce rather than mark.

Sorry
