Dumb question.. .I think… On my value windows plan, I get 3 domains.. so could I theoretically resell my available 2? I would assume they wouldn’t have CP access, anything else? ?(

Yes, you can. However you get single Control Panel to maintain all three domains. You can however provide separate ftp access to your other two customers.
