Node hosting this webmail has some issues that have been taken care of now.
It’s not working again since last night my time. This morning I am getting the following message:

You guys have got to lift your game or I will be going elsewhere.

We are aware of the issue and will soon move it a different server, where it won’t be affected by other services that are actually causing this problem.
You are not even on the same cluster as the original poster.

Are you referring to mail.domain.com?
Sorry, Tanmaya just updated me on your situation, it is different server than all the others 
He is checking that dwmail now.

Major Problems with DW Mail.
we use http://secure.launchsite.co.uk/webmail to access our email account and for several months not it has not been working. tried different ways of accessing it but comes back with a security error message and saying too many login failures yet we have done everything correct that we would normally do on a daily basis. Please help as our organisation are missing important emails. sarah community one stop shop ([email protected] the email addy that ain’t wrking)
