EasyAppp is not installed on the windows servers because of some service conflicts with php right now.
note to jonyah,
this has been fixed in Patch 3 of Hsphere but as we dont upgrade straight away for obvious problems that can occur.
thats what helps keep the servers up and less hassle and errors.
