Hello,

I seem to see a recurring theme, if a trouble ticket is not solved in the first round of responses it is never looked at again. Case in point, I responded to trouble ticket ELS-34813-691 on Thursday and have yet to receive a response.

Please advise on the status of this ticket…

Status of your ticket was set to “awaiting reply” even after you updated that.“Awaiting Reply” status of a ticket makes it invisible in support desk that’s why it was not answered.I’m looking in to this now.
