looks like its working great.
just one small comment - some times the colors arent easy to read with - combination or font/bg color.
but seems to be functioning great.

can i ask is the statement in relation to the top menu bar/ of the main site and support site and the headings of the tables. where it says forum, lst poster etc?

I found the buttons and links on left,top,bottom are a bit difficult to read. Since their background is blue and text color is blue too.
I would suggest you to use either Yellow or Parrot Green color for text to make it more appealing. 
Just try once and see the difference…
can i ask what browser you are using and Version , and if you have CSS enabled.
as the links should be black and then turn white when over them.
I was having a look at your site page that I opened an hour ago. It was with blue text.
You must have done some upgradation in between. However, it is better then previous one 
BTW I am using NS 7.2 and it is configured perfectly.
i was doing some work on the pages ealuier.. changing the move over effect on the top bar,
you may have cought it when i had conflicting css.
